    According to the Commonwealth Journal, Robert Morris, 68, of Eubank was indicted earlier this month by a Pulaski County grand jury on charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse. The Kentucky Attorney General's Office announced the indictment of Morris in a release on Thursday, as well as that of Brenda Morris, 61, on charges of complicity to Robert Morris' alleged offenses.
